Business Critical Managed Hosting
For a system where the question is not whether it will break but how fast it comes back. Everything in Growth, extended across the whole production path rather than one server, with a named escalation route that answers outside business hours — the first tier where it does, and for degradation rather than only for a system that is fully down — hardening and audit checks on a schedule, and a resilience review every quarter that performs the failure you are worried about instead of discussing it.
What you get
- Everything in Growth: managed servers, CDN and WAF, advisory-driven patching, nightly off-site backups, monitoring, monthly performance pass
- The whole production path in scope — application servers, database, queue, replicas, staging — rather than a single machine
- Priority incident response on a named escalation route that answers outside business hours, for degradation as well as for a system that is fully down
- Advanced hardening and audit checks on a schedule, with findings written down and tracked until they are closed
- A quarterly resilience review where we restore from backup and fail something over for real, and tell you what did not work
What this does not cover
- A guaranteed uptime percentage. What is published is a response target — under four business hours to a P1 — plus out-of-hours reachability. If your own contract needs a credited uptime figure, we are not the supplier for it
- A staffed operations center. Out of hours means an on-call engineer with a phone, not a room with people sitting in it, and you should know that before you buy rather than during an incident
- A SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation. We will produce evidence from what we run for your auditor to read; we hold no certification of our own
- Application code changes — see Software maintenance
- Penetration testing, which is External Penetration Test in Security and risk
Who it fits
Checkout, booking, payroll, patient records — something where a bad hour is counted in lost revenue or lost trust. If the honest answer is that a few hours of downtime would be irritating rather than expensive, Growth Managed Hosting covers the same hosting, edge and patching for $400 a month less.
